Hi, I’m James — the guy behind My Lot King. For over 15 years, I worked in corporate America. I climbed the ladder, led teams, sat through the meetings, and chased the next title like so many of us do. But in June 2024, that all changed. I was laid off — and while that kind of moment can feel like a setback, for me it opened a door I’d been eyeing for years: the chance to build something of my own.
Instead of jumping into another job, I made a decision I’d been putting off for too long. I wanted a business I could be proud of — one that didn’t involve office politics, endless emails, or stress I couldn’t shake off at the end of the day. I wanted to serve my community, work with my hands, and actually see the results of what I do. That’s how Lot King was born.

Professional Clean Most popular — balances appearance, function, and cleanliness for high-traffic locations. Lot size: 6,000 to 12,000 sq ft (≈ 30–65 spaces).
Pristine Clean For clients who demand a spotless first impression and high-frequency service for busy or high-visibility properties. Lot size: 12,000 to 25,000+ sq ft (≈ 65 to 80 spaces).
Additional Parking lot cleanup $50 - $150/month, depending on the size of the lot.
Additional Dumspter cleanup $50 - $150/month, depending on the size of the lot.
Interior Trash Bin Cleaning $20–$50/month, depending on the number of cans. Leave out the night before; cleaned on-site.
